What Will Last

 j0438698

You matter.  All of the seemingly insignificant things that you do today that go unnoticed by important people—they matter.

All of your work that gets undone by the end of the day—it matters.  The love and care you brought with your work is what will last.

The countless hours of your hard work have made a dent in the darkness and brought light to the world around you.  The world is a better place because of what you do and who you are.

You are beautiful.

You matter.

Peace to you friends.

thanks, michelle. this is one of my biggest struggles in motherhood. I really needed this today, yesterday, last week, tomorrow, and forever. Printing it out now and putting it above my desk. Thanks again!

Nicely said – thank you for the reminder. I know my colleagues and I often feel what we do doesn’t make a difference to help the demographic we are trying to impact. Many times we feel everything is working against us, and our efforts are futile. Thanks for the reminder that while we may not see it, we are helping in our own small way.
