Dolphins and Sun

We had another wonderful day yesterday.  We visited an alligator park, saw some eagles, held a parrot, saw baby alligators in the wild…

After that, we ate ice cream for supper (Rob’s idea), then we hung out at the beach till sunset and watched the sun go down to the other side of the earth into the ocean.  We saw dolphins playing in the wakes of the boats, and even in the swimming area for people.  They sure are smart.  As soon as people started to clear out of the water, they moved in.  It truly was an amazing experience.  After that, the girls were attacked by a swarm of seagulls while eating their food,  which they thought was amazingly fun.  Then we watched a street performer do tricks with fire and stuff.  That was pretty cool.

There was this other street performer with a monkey that had on clothes.  He (the monkey, not the guy) was on a leash, and he would come and take your dollar bill if you handed it to him.  He had a sort of crazed look(both the monkey and the guy).  That was quite disturbing.

Isabelle’s foot is completely fine.  I bent it around a couple of times to check on it and it gave some huge cracks.  After that, she was fine.  Somehow playing in the ocean must have knocked her ankle out of joint.  Isabelle has always had issues with low muscle tone.  When she was younger and had weird issues like this along with not walking, the doctors said this kind of freak thing would probably happen  until she was older and stronger.  We’re really glad we didn’t have to spend the day at the hospital instead of the alligator park and the beach!

Not sure what’s on the agenda for today.  That’s what I love about vacation.
