I had this same thing happen when I twittered about help w/ smugmug. The owner of smugmug read my tweet & emailed me. Solved my problem in minutes.
This twitter thing is really helping people connect in a new way.
I love the twitter thing! there’s been a lot of interesting posts coming out lately about twitter usage, but I like this one best. 😉
